Relating to an amendment to the Constitution of the United States

Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that HJR
27 be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on            
final passage.                                                                 
                                                                               
Representative Brown objected.                                                 
                                                                               
The Speaker placed a call of the House.                                        
                                                                               
Representative Brown withdrew the objection.  There being no further           
objection, HJR 27 was advanced to third reading.                               
                                                                               
                                                                               
HJR 27 was read the third time.                                                
                                                                               
The call was satisfied.                                                        
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall HJR 27 pass the House?"  The roll was
